Cancellation Policy

THANKS FOR CHOOSING FAB'S FACIAL AND BODY CARE, LLC! LOCATED IN THE NORTH JACKSON AREA ** PLEASE READ POLICY BEFORE BOOKING ** ANY appointments booked before or after business hours (9am-6pm) will be charged an automatic ADDITIONAL $15 fee! Please be sure to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours in advance before your scheduled appointment time and I will be more than happy to assist you with rescheduling!!! Only 1 client per session unless I say otherwise! Clients must come to appointment prepared with hair neatly groomed and pulled back from the face area. PLEASE NO FACIAL JEWELRY AT ALL to avoid any ripping that can possibly happen to the skin while getting facial done. YOU MUST arrive on time to your appointment and be courtesy of the next scheduled client. After, 10 minutes you will be charged a late $5 fee. Anytime, after 15 minutes your appointment will be CANCELED. Yes, you are able to go back and schedule another appointment. After, the 3rd attempt failing to show up to your appointment you will be BANNED from booking for that following calendar year! Only accept the following payment methods: cash, Cash App, Apple Pay and PayPal (a $2 fee will be charged for any form of payment other than cash). Also, some deposits are refundable.
